To build a strong, united, and respected community of lecturers appointed through the State Selection Board of Odisha, committed to academic excellence, professional dignity, and service justice. We envision an empowered body of educators working collectively to strengthen the higher education system of Odisha while upholding integrity, equality, and transparency in service matters. Our vision is to ensure that every SSB Lecturer receives fair opportunities, proper recognition, and a supportive professional environment to contribute meaningfully to society.
Our Mission
The mission of the Odisha State Selection Board Lecturers Association is:
- To safeguard the service rights and professional dignity of all SSB Lecturers
- To represent members before the Government and concerned authorities in a constructive and lawful manner
- To address issues related to pay, promotion, regularization, transfer, and career progression
- To promote unity, solidarity, and mutual cooperation among members across the state
- To ensure transparency in communication and decision-making
- To strengthen higher education institutions through academic commitment and collective responsibility
- To adopt democratic and peaceful means, including representation and dialogue, for resolution of service-related concerns
