Welcome to the official website of the Odisha State Selection Board Lecturers Association (OSLA), a unified and representative body of lecturers appointed through the State Selection Board of Odisha.Our Association is committed to safeguarding the professional dignity, service rights, and welfare of lecturers serving in Government Aided Colleges across the state. We stand together to promote unity, transparency, and constructive dialogue with the Government for the betterment of higher education and service conditions. We believe that lecturers are the backbone of academic excellence, and through collective strength, we strive to address service matters, policy concerns, and institutional development effectively.

About the Association

The Odisha State Selection Board Lecturer Association represents lecturers appointed through the State Selection Board under the Higher Education Department of the Government of Odisha.

The Association works to:

• Protect service interests of members
• Address pay, promotion, and regularization issues
• Submit representations to the Government
• Promote unity and coordination among lecturers
• Uphold academic integrity and professional ethics
